STEVE HOPE ALL IS WELL! I'AM WRITING TO YOU TO EXPRESS MY GRAITUDE FOR HOW SMOOTHLY EVERYTHING RAN ON THE DAY OF MY PARTY. FROM THE MOMENT I SIGNED THE CONTRACT SHEEBA AND YOURSELF WERE SO HELPFUL AND WERE ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I HAD A QUESTION OR NEEDED SOME ADVICE. I HAD GREAT REVIEWS FROM MY GUEST, EVERYTHING FROM THE FOOD TO THE BARTENDER TO THE SERVERS AND OF COURSE THE BANQUET MANAGER. WHAT I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH, WAS WHEN LISA THE BARTENDER GOT BUSY, YOU ROLLED UP YOUR SLEEVES AND GOT BEHIND THE BAR AND BEGAN TO HELP. THE LAST 2 YEARS HAVE BEEN THE BEST PARTIES I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AND WITH THE HELP OF GOD IN THE FUTURE I EXPECT MANY MORE PARTIES THERE. I CONSIDER YOU NOT ONLY A BANQUET MANAGER AT THE SHERATON, BUT I CONSIDER YOU A FRIEND. YOU WENT FAR AND BEYOUND YOUR CALL OF DUTY TO MAKE SURE THAT MY GUEST AND MYSELF WERE COMFORTABLE. THAT IS SOMETHING THAT I WILL SOON NOT FORGET!!! I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT I DO NOT FORGET YOUR MAINTENANCE DEPT, B/C WITHOUT THEM THE BALLROOM WOULD NOT HAVE LOOKED AS SPECTACULAR AS IT DID!!!!!!! AGAIN MY GUEST AND MYSELF THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS.

We chose the Gallery Room in the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel as our wedding venue last month, and we couldn't have been happier with that choice. We were looking for a venue that offered delicious Asian cuisine but had modern, elegant decor. The Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to LaGuardia Airport, so we thought it was easier to accommodate our out-of-town guests. Our sales coordinator, Dora, was fantastic throughout the entire process and made wedding planning a lot less stressful than it otherwise would have been. Regardless of how trivial the questions we asked might have seemed, Dora was very patient and accommodating and was very quick to respond to our queries. Steve, the banquet manager, and the other Sheraton staff were instrumental in helping our wedding event run smoothly. He helped oversee the tea ceremony event, and kept us on track with our wedding day schedule. We've heard horror stories about how the bride and groom never get to eat at their own wedding, but there were banquet staff who made sure that we got a chance to eat from the Chinese banquet menu we selected. The food (especially the lobster dish) was delicious, and the service was top-notch and professional. The facilities are also very clean. Our guests were impressed and had a great time! Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for engaged couples looking to have a classy, beautiful wedding in NYC.

We, the Empire Merchants sales consultants would like to thank (Tessa Gerald and Cesar Acosta) for organizing a great dinner evening at the Sheraton LaGuardia East hotel restaurant on 7/13/11. The food selection was excellent and as usual the organization of the whole evening was first class. We have been coming to the hotel for dinner/ hotel events for 1 year now and because of the Professionalism of Tessa Gerald we've continued to hold meetings at the hotel up to this point. Cesar Acosta did a great job with menu suggestion and accommodating our team all night. I will like to send a great recommendation to Tessa Gerald (Sales Coordinator) & Cesar Acosta (Restaurant Manager) for their professionalism, class and quality of work. I appreciate all your advice and hard work that you put in for my installation party. I think you will have more customers after this event.
However, the air condition in the room was not working properly. Most people complained about the heat. I know Robert was trying to do your best to bring out a fan but it was still not enough. I suggest that you look into it.

Thank you for making this event a success! The event ran smoothly. The rooms were all set up on time. Steve Ramos, the Banquet Manager was very professional and super friendly. As a matter of fact every one on staff was friendly and the service was great. Whenever I needed something I would call on the house phone and someone would be there in a matter of seconds.. these guys should work for 911 emergency!
The food was great - very tasty!
Also, Cesar was very helpful in the Deluge and that worked out great as well.

I want to thank you and your staff for the very hard work needed to make my son's wedding a huge success. We merged three cultures- Jewish, American, and very traditional Chinese. This was a huge task but it was done so smoothly that none of the guests were aware of all our planning. Sheeba, you had to plan a complex wedding with one side of the family that couldn't communicate with either of us, but somehow you succeeded. You are a very patient person, always available, and so extremely professional. My guests raved about all the details and they all had a wonderful time.
